Construction Factoring Requirements

Due to the nature of construction, there are special requirements to factor invoices related to construction:

  • You must be a subcontractor (not the GC) on a project working for a General Contractor or other Business
  • We must receive a signed acknowledgement from your General Contractor PRIOR to funding invoices.  This is a simple one-page fax and we handle the paperwork.
  • The General Contractor or Business that you invoice must be credit-worthy.
  • You must use your own employees and not sub out the work to another company or subcontractor
